My name is Luís Nunes
I was born in Portimão, and I have followed the development of tourism since I was a child. In my professional life in the Netherlands I have worked with people from different cultures for 43 years. Now in retirement, I spend part of my time renting out the Arade Mar Apartment to Portuguese and foreigners. If there is anything that needs to be resolved in the apartment, please contact me! My interests: fishing, hiking, cooking and traveling.
Vacation Seasons
Low season: 1 November-31 March; Medium/High season: 1 April-31 October
Due to low demand, prices are usually halved in the low season. Seniors who are not bound by school holidays or who are still actively working can enjoy the winter sun in the Algarve and "escape" from the dark dominant weather in their home country. Many guests plan their regular holidays in April, May or October, because of the mild climate in Algarve. By tradition, June, July, August and September are the holiday months for Portuguese guests and foreign tourists who like the real summer feeling. For this reason, we offer a top accomodation at attractive prices.
